Judy is a Fitness Professional with over 30 years’ experience. A fully qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, Cancer Rehabilitation, Diabetes, Obesity and Women’s Health.

Sessions are available either 1-1 or in small groups from her private studio in Ancells Farm, Fleet, Hampshire. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of every client. Whether beginner or advanced you are guaranteed personalised attention to achieve your goals. Judy believes exercise should be inclusive not exclusive and everyone is welcome at JJ Studio.
The studio is well equipped with all the weights, mats, and small Pilates equipment you could possibly need. Her pride is the Allegro 2 Reformer one of the most intuitive, adjustable, easy-to-use reformers on the market.
Judy is passionate about health and wellbeing and along with the qualifications mentioned above she has a RSPH diploma in Nutrition.

I have been going to Judy’s classes for over 20 years and I have always found them to be a good balance between a hard beneficial workout and enjoyment. She makes the sessions great fun, and is supportive to members of all levels of ability.
It’s hugely more attractive to workout in her dedicated studio, as opposed to a borrowed facility – the place is always immaculate, and Judy strikes a great balance in terms of having enough people to have a good atmosphere while avoiding crowding.
