Judy is a Fitness Professional with over 25 years’ experience. A fully qualified Personal Trainer, Judy specialises in Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, Cancer Rehabilitation, Diabetes, Obesity and Women’s Health.

She teaches both live zoom classes and face to face classes from her newly renovated private studio in Fleet, Hampshire. Group classes are mixed ability, and Judy prides herself on knowing all her clients, she believes exercise should be inclusive and wherever possible offers alternative options if needed.
Judy offers both 1:1 training and small group sessions in her private studio.
Judy is passionate about health and wellbeing and along with the qualifications mentioned above she has a RSPH diploma in Nutrition.
