Friday video tip
The theme has been the garden this week so I decided to do a yoga pose, Lotus position-Padmasana.
It can be difficult at first but, as with many things, practice makes perfect. Do listen to your body and stop if it doesn’t feel right.
A little tip would be to try sitting on a yoga block to help with the hip. Any questions or help needed do message me.
