It is the responsibility of the participants to :

1. decide whether to join or continue a class, following doctor’s instructions concerning any conditions new or pre-exsisting.

2. disclose all new and pre-exsisting medical conditions and medications prescribed.

Delay becoming more active if:
You have a temporary illness such as a cold or fever; it is best to wait until you feel better.
If your health changes – talk to your doctor or qualified exercise professional before continuing with any physical activity program.

Participants should be aware that they take part at their own risk. In the event, for example, of aches, pains and general discomfort, it is the responsibility of the participant to stop. You will be aware of any exercise you should or should not do, so do not undertake any movements you do not feel comfortable with.

Payment and Cancellation:

All classes and courses must be paid for in advance. Courses are booked on a first come first served basis.

In line with industry practice payment is non refundable.

All block bookings should be used within 8 weeks from date of purchase.
