As an active runner, and someone who enjoys cardio-based workouts I was a pilates sceptic. It just looked and sounded a bit gentle for me. Judy persuaded me to try a class, due to a back injury, and she suggested that it could help with not only my recovery but by strengthening my core, it would be a preventative for future injury. I did some private classes to start me off, as the technique is the key. Judy was excellent, clear instruction, engaging me to push the technique and making it really hard work! It has turned my opinion round. Her Pilates classes are fun, but really challenging. I can feel a massive difference in the muscle tone on my core – obliques and lower back especially. I have not had a problem with my back since starting it. I would recommend Judy as an extremely knowledgeable teacher, highly qualified, and good fun.

Payment and Cancellation:
All classes and courses must be paid for in advance. Courses are booked on a first come first served basis.
In line with industry practice the full fee will be charged for missed appointments or non-attendance.
