Joseph Pilates originally came up with a series of exercises which he believed could reform the body. Exercises using bed springs and pulleys were taught to patients he was caring for in hospital. It was quickly discovered that those under his care were in fact recovering much faster than those who were not and Pilates for rehabilitation was born.

The Reformer is designed to assist and challenge the body helping correct faulty movement patterns and in the rehabilitation of muscles and joints after injury.

The reformer exercise programme can help reduce back and/or shoulder pain, improve sports such as Golf, Tennis, Rugby, Skiing and more using bespoke exercises to reduce pain and improve your performance.

You will feel stronger, better balanced having worked on your core and more confident in your exercise ability.

A consistent programme of Pilates exercises will reward you with a strong sense of centre and balance.

Payment and Cancellation:

All classes and courses must be paid for in advance. Courses are booked on a first come first served basis.

In line with industry practice payment is non refundable, the full fee will be charged for missed appointments or non-attendance.

All block bookings to be used within 8 weeks from date of purchase.
